About

John Stenavage is a Rhode Island–based investor and entrepreneur. He leads two family enterprises: SMA Trading LLC, a multi-asset trading operation, and I & J Legacy Investments LLC, a private investment company he runs with his wife and business partner, Irmalees.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from Montclair State University, and his professional background spans financial services and client advisory work. Today his focus is long-term, owner-operated investing: durable small businesses, real estate, and the disciplined stewardship of family capital.
